The H2H program provides
children and youth who are in transitional living situations ongoing
educational and programming support.
Meeting weekly, the young people
gather for homework help, unique
learning opportunities, enjoy a
family style dinner and spend one on one time with committed volunteers and
mentors.
Once a month the parents are invited to dinner and to view
their children’s newly learned skills whether it be learning to play the
drums, mime, swimming, photography or dance.
The program provides for
many practical needs of the families we serve. | |
